4. Eligibility and User Accounts

To use our services, you must be:

5. Regulatory Compliance

As a hazmat logistics provider, Drelvox Logistics Corp. operates under strict federal and provincial regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Provincial environmental protection acts

By engaging our services, you confirm that your materials and operations comply with all applicable regulations. You are responsible for providing accurate hazmat classifications, safety data sheets (SDS), and compliance documentation.

6. Service Terms and Conditions

6.1 Quotations and Pricing

Service quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing is subject to change based on fuel costs, regulatory changes, and market conditions. Final invoicing will reflect actual service delivery costs and applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur a monthly interest charge of 1.5% or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid invoices exceeding 60 days.

6.3 Cancellation and Termination

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Cancellation terms vary by service type. For time-critical shipments, cancellation within 48 hours may incur full or partial charges. Termination for material breach requires 10 days written notice. We may terminate services immediately for regulatory violations or safety concerns.

7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Drelvox Logistics Corp.'s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10,000 CAD, whichever is lower.

7.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.3 Your Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drelvox Logistics Corp., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misclassification or misrepresentation of hazardous materials
  • Your breach of these Terms or applicable regulations
  • Your negligence or misconduct
  • Third-party claims related to your materials or operations

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, documents, and software, is the intellectual property of Drelvox Logistics Corp. or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during service provision. This includes client lists, pricing, operational procedures, and hazmat handling protocols. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of our services and website is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you consent to our collection, processing, and storage of personal and business data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We comply with PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. Your data will be handled securely and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
